Answers:
The Digital Customer Support Center has an improved copy of dxbook (actually
a FT release of dxbook for V4 of Digital UNIX). It fixes most of the major
Postscript print problems, the big one being missing words, though some of
the tables and illustrations still dont print right.

Bookreader's printing facilities are rather poor (they call it draft-quality in
their own documentation on Bookreader) and were only recently added. They are
intended for printing out a few pages at a time, not complete books.

What do you mean with "does not work properly". I know the "Print book.."
option in dxbook does not work so good when trying to print Postscript. But
I have had no problems to read the documentation on the screen and printing
text output (without formatting) works OK.

There's a serious problem with printing from dxbook in V3.n, but I have found
that an entirely acceptable workaround is to go back to the V2.1 version of
dxbook. It works fine under V3.2. You have to remember to reinstate the "uid"
file that goes with it as well as the binary.
dxbook is not ideal, but I find it perfectly usable.

Thank you all,
I appreciate your time
Javier.
