Ralf Lehmann (rl1_at_irz.inf.tu-dresden.de) was so kind to provide
the requested files, thanks to him. I can offer now to distribute
the patched 2.0 libraries to anyone who is not {able|willing} to
download the 35MB patch tar file from ftp.service.digital.com.
