Hi,
Today our main server ( DEC3000-500S , DU-3.2 ) crahed suddenly, saying :

trap: invalid memory read access from kernel mode

    faulting virtual address: 0xffffffed9ee92458
    pc of faulting instruction: 0xfffffc00003acd88
ra contents at time of fault: 0xfffffc0000411920
sp contents at time of fault: 0xffffffff9220f210

panic (cpu 0): kernel memory fault
syncing disks...

Then I checked the kernel and saw its maxusers is 32 ( it is suppoesed to be
64 ) Then reconfigure kernel and boot the system. But when I use dbx I see

/#>dbx -k vmunix
dbx version 3.11.8
Type 'help' for help.

stopped at [thread_block:1863 ,0xfffffc0000470d44] Source not available

warning: Files compiled -g3: parameter values probably wrong
(dbx) p maxusers
64
(dbx)

Do you have any idea about crash or the message of new kernel ? is it
normal ?

Sincerely.
murat.
