C++ compiler error message -- what is this?

Hi,

  I'm running OSF/1 v 3.0b on a Dec Alpha 6000/300. When I try to compile
my code, I get:

% cxx -c -I../include -I/opt/rogue -I/opt/sx/include sxSpatialRotation.C
11, fatal: A bugcheck occurred in the compiler.

  What is this error message? I've tried to compile the same source using
insure++, and got no errors (so I'm quite sure it's not my code).
