Hi all,
We have a relatively new Alpha 2100 with OSF 3.2 Installed.
When the OS was installed, it created a number of ".new.." and ".proto.."
files in many many subdirectories. I assume these files are just the
original, unmodified versions before customizing. Is it possible to
remove all these files, or do some of the setup scripts and GUI programs
use these files as a base reference when modifing the working versions of
the files.
The machine is running C2 security if it matters.
