do you know where can I get stdtypes.h?

Hi!

I'm trying to build sendpagev1.6 on Digital UNIX 3.2.

make fails with :-

# make
cc -g -DDEBUG -I/usr/local/include -L../kb -c sendpage.c
/usr/lib/cmplrs/cc/cfe: Error: ./sendpage.h: 16: Cannot open file sys/stdtypes.h for #include
*** Exit 1
Stop.


I've tried :-

# find / -name stdtypes.h -print

in desparation :-)

do you know where I can get this file?
