extendfs, where is it ?

Regards managers,

In 3.0 (I think) there was a command called 'extendfs'. I've recently
installed 3.2C and cannot find the command. I also could not find anything in
the releasenotes. Is this command withdrawn from the sysadmin portfolio or
what ??
