I have a user with a Sun Sparc 5 workstation running solaris 2.5 I think.
She is connecting to our AlphaStation 200 4/233 running DU 3.2C. She is
doing a set term=sun. This used to work on our DECstation 5000/240 running
Ultrix 4.2A. Where do I get a setup for a 'sun', which I can find in the
termcap file on another Ultrix machine, and how do I get this into the
terminfo database and get it working? I have read the man page for terminfo
and tic and tried using the entry from the termcap file, modified for
terminfo, and put that entry in, but it does not work. Any pointers or
ideas from the collective experience out there?? TIA.
