SUMMARY - Dump/Semmaphore Error

 Once again I received many timely and informative
 answers from the members of this list, THANKS :)

The Solution:

 Add more semaphores with the semmns and semmni variables
 in the /sys/include/sys/param.h (or the /sys/conf/HOST)
 file. Also, to determine the number of semmaphores being
 used and total number allocated use ipcs, ipcrm, and
 "sysconfig -q ipc" (very helpful man pages for each command).
