trying to get 1280x1024 on alpha 250 ...

 I have two ALPHA 250's running DU 3.2C, when one systems comes up
it says the monitor is :

vmunix: tga0: depth 8, map size 4MB, 1280x1024

which is great! the other one says:

vmunix: tga0: depth 8, map size 4MB, 1024x768

not so great! Does anyone know how to get this system to use 1280x1024 ,
instead of 1024x768. Once again, there is VERY LITTLE documentation.
