[Summary]libg++ installation

Hi managers;
Thanks for quick helps.

The solution is to use the highest version.
The highly recommanded set is gcc-2.7.2 and libg++-2.7.1.

I succeeded the installation and tested on tclX compiling.
I use DEC Unix 3.2b .
