DEC 700 Terminal Server problems..

Hello!

I just would like to inquire as to how one could go about with the
Terminal server that I currently have:

Seems that the light indicators get stuck with a number 5 reading.
(Consequently, the terminal server can't initialize and allow modem access)

Any ideas as to how to go about will be highly appreciated!
