SUMMARY: logical block numbers for scu

The block numbers called out by fsck are the offset in blocks
from the start of the partition, scu wants the offset from
the start of the disk. I used scu verify media to find the
logical block number, but the reassign failed, so I am reformatting
the disk anyhow. :-(
