Radius scripts...anyone?

I have put together a script that makes it easy for us to add users into our
radius and email databases, but I know want to expand that capability and am
stuck.

The scripts are /bin/sh scripts and are fairly straightforward. I would like
to now do two things:

1.) Add built-in duplication checking, to insure that accounts being added
don't already exist.

2.) Allow for the deleting of a user.

If anyone has written scripts for these types of things, either in a shell,
perl, or C, I would be greatful if you could contact me.

If anyone has more programming experience then me, and would be willing to load
me 20 minutes of their time, I would be greatful for that also.

Naturally, I would be willing to share the work I have done, although it isn't
particulary advanced.
