Information on lmf functions

Hi'

Can anyone tell where to get information about the LMF function calls
on Digitial Unix 3.2C? I can't find any man pages and the header file
<sys/lmf.h> does not include arguments names in the prototypes.

Are there any manuals on this subject? (The "Software License
Management"(sp?) manual does not mention the function calls.)
