SUMMARY: NSR 3.1A says "device full"

Thanks to Martin Horowitz <mah_at_unx.dec.com>, Brian Sheehan
<sheehan_at_scripps.edu> and Ian Piumarta <piumarta_at_prof.inria.fr>
for their suggestions regarding my problem.

Unfortunately, none of them actually solved it.

Digital field service was here, swapping the motherboard and
the tape drive (for the second time). Still the same problem.
Then I did more tests using vdump etc, and it ejects the tape, but
after writing ~4GB.

Makes me rethink the whole scenario, and it turns out that I indeed
have more than 4GB to backup. I believe that NetWorker (NSR) is a bit
misleading when stating "device full, 1600MB of 4000MB used". Actually
it has written 1600MB in the *last* ("current") saveset, but
it had finished off other savesets before.

Anyway, this is what I *think* has happened. It would make sense
for NSR to be more accurate in its error message...
Now, Digital has to come and swap back to the old stuff again :(

I'll post an update should there be any important developments.
