DEC HSM Software

I posted a query about Archiving Software for Dec Alpha's sometime ago
and one of the recommendations was DEC's HSM software.

I am currently evaluating it and am having a number of problems.

     1) When the advfs domain is at the 80% Highwater Mark the system will
not start shelving the data to the optical platter assigned to it.

     2) When the system is restarted HSM does not recognise the platter ID
and gives it some temporary ones.

     3) LISTM claims that a platter is in a different drive than shown on
     the jukebox

I can import and format platters, change their state and group and
assign them as efs files systems.

The system is an AlphaStation 200 4/100 running OSF 3.2 connected to
an HP Model 120T 4 Drive Optical Disk Library.

I have applied the latest advfs patches from DEC.

The HSM software is version 1.2a with SCSI Cam 3.0

Any Help would be much appreciated.
