Video Card Upgrade & CUSeeMe Softwares on AXP 2000/300

Here am I again with the following questions:

1.) Am currently a Qvision video card on an AXP 2000/300. Is there a
video card (e.g. ZLX series video cards) that is capable of generating more
higher resolution than that for finer resolution on graphic-intensive tasks?

2.) Digital CUSeeMe softwares/hardwares (audio and video) are compatible
with the Alphastation models. Are they compatible with the Alpha Server
systems like AXP 2000/300?
