System clock is slow

Hello, everyone.

I have a DEC 3000/400 running OSF/1 2.0. (I know, I know...)

Anyway, the problem is that the system clock is running about 12 minutes
per hour too slow. This is a recent thing, we only noticed it this
morning.

Some code we ran some time ago still runs in the same amount of time, but
time(1) reports that it takes ~41 cpu seconds, as opposed to the ~60 cpu
seconds it reported last time. Like I said, it still takes the same
amount of "real" time (about a minute) to run.

We were thinking that maybe the clock's battery was running low, but we
wanted to throw this out there first, in case this is a symptom of some
greater problem.

Thanks for your time,
.dave
