Hi again folks,

Yesterday I posted about a problem upgrading an Alphaserver 2100 4/200
to firmware 4.3 (from the 3.4 firmware CD).

Thanks to the many people who replied.

The final answer was that DEC replaced the IO board, reloaded the
firmware, and now all is well.

The new board is `revision k' whereas the old one was `revision h'.
It was suggested that the old board was just too old to run the current
version of firmware.

        Thanks again.
Keith Lewis.
