InfoServer and disks

Hello


We have an InfoServer SW1000 that is installed into the
StorageWorks Shelf (BA350-SB). The shelf also has 2 disks
installed in it; one is RZ28-VA - this one works, and the
other one is RZ28-VW - this one doesn't work but works when
it is installed into the StorageWorks shelf M/N BA356-SB that
is rackmounted in our 2100.

Any ideas?
