Ghostscript V 3.53 on DEC UNIX 3.2C

Hi people,

is there anybody on this world who runs Ghostscript Version 3.53 on a DEC
Alpha system with DEC UNIX V3.2C?

I have some problems to run it stabil with certain postscript files. It
produces a "Segmentation fault".

Is there some special requirement when compiling the source code?
