Pop server and inetdpip

Hi specialists!!
               
        Well , I hope you can help me ..I´m trying to install a pop server
in OSF/1
Ver 2.0 , but I don´t understand how can I :

        Restart inetd with a kill -HUP <inetdpid>

        How can I find the process id (pid) to restart?..
