Fortran 3F Functions

I am having trouble linking to some of the functions described in the
3F intro man pages for FORTRAN. I can get the random function but I
cannot get the ffrac or the flmax functions (ld says they are
unresolved). Is there a library I need to link with to get the
functions such as ffrac and flmax?
