OSF fork/procdup error

Hy,

On the Internet I found reported the same problem as I have on my
system:
 DEC2000 4/233 running OSF 3.2, 128MB

The error is as follows: fork/procdup: task_create failed. Code: 0x11

I didn' t find an answer anywhere.
