I'm quite new at this 'SYS-ADMIN' stuph, but not a total newbie (20+ years
banging on the 'iron' and still having fun).
I recently discovered that:
1) I'm gtting a LOT of e-mail (about 14Meg) to "tmurrell_at_brighton.jpl.nasa.gov"
from this list, all of it unread since late '94. I would like to either redirect
this to myself (or root). Which brings me to
2) How do I create an 'alias' for _incoming_ mail? Putting the lines:
tmurrell; kbell
root; kbell
in /usr/lib/mh/MailAliases (per the mh-alias man page) will redirect 'in system'
mail, but has no effect on incomming mail.
As an initial step, who do I contact to have the 'subscription' changed to my
name?
Thanks much for the help. I'm currently scrolling through the 900+ items for
this year alone to try to cull any gold from the dross.
