Hi Dec Alpha Managers !!
We have a DEC Alpha 1000, running Digital UNIX version 3.2C.
We have a VRT 17 - HA/H4 17-inch color graphics display monitor
and a ZLXp-E1 / E2 / E3 PCI Graphics card. These DO work together.
However, we suspect that the frequency is off between the card
and the monitor.
The DEC Owner's Guide for the graphics card lists the pixel
frequencies for various models of monitor, on page 7. The
monitor that we have is not listed there.
Does anyone know what an appropriate frequency setting for
the graphics card might be ? We are guessing that 119 MHz may
be right, but we have it set (via switches) on 130 MHz right now.
Thank you for any help !!
