rm cobol runcobol process runs away

Hi all

I have an issue with rmcobol runcobol processes that are running away (in terms of CPU usage) when users terminate their session by just resetting the terminal/X-term instead of exiting the application properly.

I seem to remember that there was a flag that could be used to stop this from happening.

Anyone know how best to stop this ??
