image map and netscape httpd 1.1

Hello managers

is it possible to use image maps without having
imagemap or htimage program in cgi-bin under netscape httpd 1.1
(Internet Pack from Digital )

If not then how can i install htimage or imagemap in the cgi-bin
where can i get them and also do I need to recompile them
can i use the nsca cgi-bins ?

I am a bit confused since i have 3 httpd coming with the Internet pack from
digital ..
