CDE dtlogin bitmap

Hi,

i'll change the standard DCE bitmap.logo (on dtlogin) from digital to my own.
But it does't work. I can see only a black and white rhomb but the logo
is e.g. Donald Duck.

Have anybody an idea what's going wrong
