A2000 5/250 EV-5 has Problem with SCSI/DLT Tapes - CAM Errors

Hi all,
may be my Problem is a very special but at the Moment it is open
weather this is a Software / Firmware or a Hardware Problem

Configuration: A2000 5/250 EV-5
with a raid Controller running the internal shelf.
The only devices on the internal fast scsi-2 are cdrom
                and outside a DLT.

Symptom: nsr or just dump/vdump from the raid shelf and even from the
                    cdrom(slow enough) to the DLT
starts fine but at any time it WILL stop and we got those
SCSI CAM errors in the uerf. It seems that someone wants to
write when the DLT says it is busy.

What we have done : I think we double cross-checked any Hardware Component
beside the IO Board which is now the last thing.
We took different Cables, terminators, DLTS (the Problem came up
with the Quantum 4700 which runs very fine up to the point
of scsi crash and we test now with a slower tz87).
The length is under 3 meters and the console command to slow
                    down scsi didn't help.

Can anyone give me a hint on that Problem ?

Does anyone has a running Configuration with a A2000 5/250 cpu EV-5 together
with any DLT Tape on the NCR 53C810 maybe running nsr ?

Have a nice day
Rainer Wolf
