Did anyone success compiling tulp-4.1 with DU3.2c ?

"make all" returns:
/usr/lib/cmplrs/cc/cfe: Error: l.c, line 492: 'HZ' undefined, reoccurrences
will not be reported
    lTodhms(t.tms_utime/HZ);
