Thanks to the replies I recieved over the Easter break. It seems I was not
alone in having to work.
In summary;
sizer -n junk
will get the current running systems details. If you have lost (read
deleted) the current config file this will rebuild it for you as /tmp/junk
its then just a matter of copying it into the correct place.
and;
When running doconfig it creates a backup of the previous kernel config
file. It is just a matter then to compare the current with the past.
Simple really!
