Thanks to all who gave me the rundown on enscript. Enscript is part of
Transcript that at one time you could obtain from Adobe. There was some
speculation that perhaps it was even bundled with SunOS. Anyway, evidently
Adobe as sold it to Qualix (www.qualix.com) if you want to pay for it. Several
workalike packages were mentioned, among them:
