8200 + Oracle == crash

All,
My 8200 running 3.2C with the latest 3.5 prom revision is crashing
under moderate loads while running oracle. The finger is pointed to
the kzpsa or the pci cage, because right before it dies it says (this
is all the info I get!)

error: pcia0
panic: cpu 8

When I poke around in the hsz40's that hang below the pci cage, there
aren't any errors. Also, I wrote a script to:
foreach i (list of mounted partitions)
  dd if=/dev/zero of=/somefile/on/$i obs=512 count=1lessThanDfShowsFreeOn$i&
end

and let it hammer away for 40 minutes, no crash, even though the disk
activity was way high (2000+ bps). Then I turn on oracle for 10 minutes under
light load (100-300 bps), and I get a cpu exception.

Any help greatly appreciated. Even if you've just seen this before...
but don't have a solution.
Ry
