sysinfo equivalent

Hi

there is a public domain software named sysinfo, that give us
information about hardware on the machine. Is there equivalent on DU
or is there a port of the software.

i'd like to gather hardware information without rebooting the machine
(i means, use the command show config on the DEC prompt)
