Hello,
I'm trying to configure a DECserver 90M to accept dial-up connections
to our network... We have an AlphaServer 400 (small) running as a KDC
system with Kerberos... the DECserver are configured to access the KDC to
validate users passwords...
Well almost everything work... My users can connect to our system
using both Netscape Personal Edition Dialer (a dialer shipped with
Netscape 1.2) and the Win95 dialup connection... but dont allow access
with Trumpt or OS/2...
My problem is: when I set up the DECserver to prompt for a username
and a password the first username prompt receives the modem connect
message, if the user script try to send username and password again it
allow access to the net, but some systems cant try again...
I use 28.8Kbps US-Robotics Sportster modems (external of course),
someone knows what I can do to disable the modem connect message? what I
need to change ? the modem or the DECserver configuration ??
all help are wellcome,
Antonio.
