untic or infocmp for DU

Hi! We need to get the source for the terminfo entry for
some of our terminal types. On every other platform that we
work with, we can use either the command "untic" or "infocmp";
these utilities extract the entry into a source form. You can
then modify the entry and use "tic" to apply the new version.

Can't find either utility (nor an equivalent) on either OSF/1
(Digital Unix) or on Ultrix...ideas?
