We have a software supplier who is planning to use DEC Alpha processors
model PB620-A9 or similar, DEC UNIX 4.0, DEC C++, and ADA. Our customer
requires that we show "evidence of validation" (or certification) of the
DEC UNIX O/S, the DEC C++ Compiler (probably version 5.3), and the ADA
compiler. Our system, a helicopter simulator/trainer, will utilise at
least 12 of the DEC Alpha machines.
Can you provide, or tell us how to obtain, validation certificates for
these O/S and compilers? Thanks.
