We got an ALPHA 3000-300 with OSF/1 V2.0 delivered about 18 month ago.
At that time the QIC-150 tapedrive was working and tested.We have all kind
of tapedrives at this system installed.Because the QIC-150 tapedrive is
very seldom used we realized now, that after upgrades to Digital Unix 3.2C
we can't use the drive anymore.
DEC doesn't help,because they don't support this drive.
The old version of the cam_data.c file for the "ARCHIVE VIPER" device-
description is exact the same as in the new file.Also the viper_2525_dens
table looks the same.
Can anybody help us?
