Dear All,
Today I have known this very useful list exists. I am a manager novice.
1) how can i suscribe to this list?
2) when I execute
            rcinet start
I receive many lines of messages, some of then contained in /etc/rc.config
file. By hand I may start sendmail (/usr/sbin/sendmail -bi or
 /usr/sbin/sendmail -bd -q15m -om ) .

Inet, inetd and route commands start o.k. However mail, snmpd, sendmail
and even lpd or cron gives me some lines of rc.config file and I must
start all of them by executing directly /usr/lbin/lpd or /usr/sbin/cron
or /usr/sbin/snmpd . Also appear messages as

   "/sbin/init.d/cron: test: argument expected"
   "/sbin/xxxx argument expected"

The rc.config file has been recovered from a backup tape and it worked
 in April.

  Thank you very much. Regards
                                     Jose
