My process accounting files (/var/adm/pacct) on one of my machine was of
size 0 and it would never grow, i.e. collect information. Also, I noticed that
at the same time the accounting was suspended.

using the "df" and "du" commands I traced which disk was full and moved some
info/users around. It now works fine. Thank you very much!
