We're having a bit of performance degradation on a segment with two Alphas
   (one is a database system with 700 logins/day, the other the campus news
   server, www server, etc.).  Found the 'netstat -I ln0 -s' sequence and the
   "65535 seconds since last zeroed" string has me curious ...
   How's one zero out the counters without rebooting?
