Console Errors

We have two DEC 2100's running Digital Unix 3.2 and we are receiving the
following messages.

Message 1 appearss in the console log and is as follows:
UBC - Write error(5) on device(8,1026) at block 1953824 - size 8192


Message 2 is on the LED display of one of the machines and is as
follows:

21164 Timeout


Any Help would be greatly appreciated.
