/etc/acucap configuration for a Motorola 14.4

Hi managers

Does anyone deals with a Motorola 14.4 for a Remote Terminal?

I set up the modem as a Hayes, but all LED's turned on.

Does anyone has a the commands for this modem at the /etc/acucap file?

I will appreciate your help.
