Playing Music

I have a AlphaStation 200/166. Standard confirguration.

I can play music cd's, and listen to them through the headphones (using
scu), however what I'd like to do is play it through the internal
speaker.

Does the internal speaker support such a thing ? I've never gotten the
internal speaker to do anything but beep really loudly !
