Dear fellow DUNIX-managers,
regarding my question about a vmsbackup-program for DUNIX I got many answers,
and with Your great help the problem has been solved.
There are principally 2 solutions:
1) a short PD c-program called vmsbackup, which can be fetched from several
sites. Using archie, I was looking for the nearset site... ;-)
2) on the interoperability products CD there is a kit
BBC101/kit named BBCVBACKUP240, which contains a VMS-compatible
backup.
Since it's not always possible to get hands on these CD with our
computing center, I choose solution 1)
