FW: summary : AdvFS problems

Thanks to everyone who replied.
The most common reply was a reference to the manpage for mkfdmn which states
that if you have the POLYCENTER AdvanceFile System Utilities installed, use
the rmfdmn command, otherwise simply remove the definition of the domain
from /etc/fdmns by

     # rm -rf /etc/fdmns/domain_name

However, you don't actually need a licence for POLYCENTER AdvFS Utilities
to run rmfdmn, it just needs to be installed from the associated fileset.
However one reply indicated that their DIGITAL rep swore that the rmfdmn
simply removed the associated domain from /etc/fdmns.
(Note however that none of the other utilities seem to work without the
additional licence.)
