/usr, /var and AdvFS

I used to have /usr and /var to be on seperate partition (or drive),
because partitions are created in fix size, and there wasn't a easy way to
modify it after that. The other reason (which is not used here) is for
security, to mount /usr read only.

Now that I have configured my system to use AdvFS. Is there still a good
reason to seperate the two?
