I just bought 1/2 Terabyte of EMC storage to replace my Storageworks
cabinet, which was slow and failing quickly. Does anyone have any gotchas
for configuration that I need to know about? It's for running an Oracle
7.3 OLAP database.
Also, I will probably be buying (sight unseen) Elektrosen Tek's GEAR CD-R
combination for Digital Unix (for my 8200 or my 2100s, not sure yet).
Does anyone out there have experience with it? I need to burn hundreds of
CD's, does anyone know about an autoloading CD-R that works with Digital
Unix 3.2d?
